Blood, sweat... and now tears?
You know the old saying: Blood, sweat and tears. I really didn’t think my journey through the Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping 10-week program would produce anything more than sweat, but I was wrong. The blood and tears may not have been many, but as any of my workout partners can attest, the sweat part more than made up for those two.

I’ve been asked a lot of questions about Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping and their 10-week program over this past month and a half, but one of the main ones that gets brought up a lot is what type of people go to the gym?
