In the opening game of the Eastern Minny League playoffs against the Rum River Bandits, the Bulldogs scored three runs in the top of the first inning.  They didn’t score after that, but it didn’t matter.  In his best pitching performance so far this season, Kellen Reed pitched a complete game.  He allowed two runs (one earned) on five hits, walked four and struck out six to lead the Bulldogs to a 3-2 win.  The game was played at Brennan Filed in Hinckley on Saturday, July 30.
