THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANT:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, you and each of you are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s Attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings in question real property situated in County of Chisago and the State of Minnesota, to-wit:
“Commencing at the NW corner of Lot 4, Block 22, of the Recorded plat of Roger’s Add. to Wyoming Thence South 156.01 feet, thence east 5 feet thence North 156.01 feet, thence west 5 feet to the point of beginning, Chisago County, Minnesota.”
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment declaring that the Legal Description of the above property shall now read as follows:
“That part of Lot 4, Block 22, Roger’s Addition to Wyoming described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 22, of the Recorded plat of Roger’s Addition to Wyoming; Thence South along the West line of said Lot 4 a distance of 156.01 feet; thence east and parallel with the North line of said Lot 4 a distance of 5 feet; thence North and parallel with the West line of said Lot 4 a distance of 156.01 feet more or less to the North line of said Lot 4; thence west along said North line 5 feet to the point of beginning.
Lot Five (5), Block Twenty-two (22) of the recorded plat of Roger’s Addition to Wyoming, excepting therefrom that part lying South of the North 156 feet thereof.”
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants.
