The following individual who was convicted of a crime in Chisago County has applied for relief from the Minnesota Board of Pardons. The application will be considered at the meeting of the board scheduled for April 24, 2018, commencing at 1:30 p.m., at the Minnesota Judicial Center, St. Paul, MN:
- Martin, Richard Francis Fourth degree criminal sexual conduct Convicted: 10/16/02
Victims of this individual have a right to be present at the meeting, submit an oral or written statement to the board summarizing the harm suffered as a result of the crime, and make a recommendation to the board as to whether a pardon should be granted or denied.
