Chisago Lakes competes in bus races
Chisago Lakes Schools was represented at Cedar Lake WI Speedway May 13. Students assisted vo-tech teacher Ryan Dewey in getting the bus ready for the annual bus race. Over 10 schools participated -- which included drivers who are teachers, professors, and even a school principal.  Dewey (holding the trophy) successively maneuvered his Wildcat bus through four races and eventually finished in third place.  Above: Dewey poses with his pit crew. “I would like to thank the Chisago Lakes community and our staff for coming out and supporting the kids and the school. The turnout was amazing. This is our second year competing in the races and we are looking forward to next year.  I would like to give a special thanks to all the students that helped build the us.  Their hours of hard work helped us do so well in our event.” Dewey said.
