Too many fireworks complaints into local agencies to count.  Bottom line is keep your fireworks on private property, don’t go into the street to shoot them off and halt fireworks activity at a decent hour at night, and you could avoid a lot of unnecessary aggravation for yourself and expense for the authorities.
