The Vikings took a 24-6 lead after the first five weights, with pins by Jack Baker (106), Ethan Kester (120), Colin Duvall (126), and Michael Thao. After losing the next two weights by a forfeit and a decision, Tanner Cummings (152) and Emmit Hansen (160) each pinned their opponents, and the Vikings led 36-15 after the 160-pound match.
