CHISAGO COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

(May 9, 2019)

The Chisago County Board of Adjustment will meet in its regular public hearing session on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Meeting Room 150B of the Chisago County Government Center in Center City.  They will also make a tour of the agenda items on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. departing from Public Works at 31325 Oasis Road, Center City, MN.  The following are the agenda items of new business:

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING 7:00 P.M.

John Roth – Mr. Roth requests a variance to be allowed more than the maximum 2,000 square feet of accessory storage area in an RRI Zoning District.  This is located in Nessel Township, Pikkusuo Park, Lot 7 and Outlot 2, at 49860 Bayside Avenue (PID #06.01227.00.)

Matthew Bonin - Mr. Bonin requests a variance to tear down an existing house and build a new residence closer to the side property line than the required setback.  This is located in Nessel Township, Bees Nest, Lot 7, Block 1, at 50302 Bayside Avenue (PID#06.00791.16.)

Darron Nelson – Mr. Nelson requests a variance to build a garage closer to the property line and road right of way than the required setback.  This is located in Franconia Township, Brandlewood, Lot 4, Block 1, at 27998 Pryor Boulevard (PID #04.00350.04).

Terry Kugler -  Mr. Kugler requests a variance to replace a non-conforming septic system with a new system closer to the lake and OHWM than the existing system, and the required setbacks.  This is located in Nessel Township, Sec. 23, T.37, R.22, at 50020 Clover Trail (PID#06.00522.00.)

Timothy Morin  -  Mr. Morin requests a variance to have more than the maximum 2,000 square feet of accessory storage area in a RRII Zoning District, and to not have boxed eaves on the structure.   This is located in Fish Lake Township, Sec. 4, T.36, R.22, at 47710 Bear Road,  (PID #03.00033.22.)

Dennis Frandsen  -  Mr. Frandsen requests a variance to raise an existing house located closer to the St. Croix River than the required setback.  This is located in Sunrise Township, Section 6, T.35, R.20, at 47831 River Road (PID #09.00421.00.)
