PLANNING COMMISSION -
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
(November 14, 2019)
The Chisago County Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Meeting Room 150B of the Chisago County Government Center in Center City.
They will also make a tour of the agenda items on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. departing from Public Works at 31325 Oasis Road, Center City, MN. The following are the agenda items of new business:
PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING 7:00 P.M.
Bill Pfieffer - Property north of County Road 7 and east of Clover Trail, Nessel Township; Sec. 26, T.37, R.22, (PID #06.00564.00) Bill Pfieffer is seeking approval of a preliminary plat of two lots with dedicated right of way out of a 18.97 acre tract.
Cooperative Energy Solar - Property west of County Road 11 and north of County Road 14, Chisago Lake Township; Sec. 6, T.34, R.20, (PID #02.00425.00) Bruce Konewko, Cooperative Energy Futures, on behalf of owner, Frank and Debra Dusenka is seeking an Interim Use Permit (IUP) to construct and operate a one megawatt community solar garden on 5.7 acres that is located within a ¼ mile of an existing solar array.
Bryan Breaw - Property on 25540 Redwing Ave., Franconia Township; Sec. 30, T.33, R.19, (PID #04.00271.10) Bryan Breaw, on behalf of owner, Elizabeth Breaw is seeking an Interim Use Permit (IUP) Amendment to expand the home based contracting business to include golf cart rental for seasonal and special event use with limited outdoor storage during the summer season.
Ken Johnson - Property at 14736 410th Street, Amador Township; Sec. 2, T.35, R.20, (PID #01.00220.00) Ken Johnson and Robert Boyce, on behalf of owners, James and Beverly Jeffers are seeking approval of a preliminary plat of one ten acre lot and two five acre lots out of a 20 acre tract.
Coral Bells Solar - Property at 36222 Kost Trail, Sunrise Township; Sec. 31, T.35, R.20, (PID #09.00364.00) Melissa Schmit, Geronimo Energy, LLC, on behalf of owner, Neil Norelius is seeking an Interim Use Permit (IUP) to construct and operate a one megawatt community solar garden on 10 acres that is located within a ¼ mile of an existing solar array.
