All that part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E 1/2 of SE 1/4) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Thirty-five (35), Range Twenty (20), described as follows: Commencing at a point in the center of the public highway, formerly known as State Trunk Highway No. 95, where said highway crosses the west line of E 1/2 of SE 1/4 of said Section, Township and Range, running thence Southeasterly in the center of said highway a distance of 13 rods 13 1/2 feet to the Northeast corner of the tract of land deed to Mildred Johnson, as described in Book 72 of Deeds, Page 67 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Chisago County, Minnesota, which point constitutes the point of beginning of the parcel hereby conveyed, running thence South on the East line of the parcel described in Book 72 of Deeds, Page 67, and a continuation of said line south, to the center of State Trunk Highway 95 as relocated, running thence Southeasterly in the center of said Trunk Highway 95 as reolcated to a point where said center line would intersect with the center line of a township road running Northeasterly and connecting Highway 95 as relocated with the highway formerly known as Trunk Highway No. 95, running thence Northeasterly along the center line of said township road to a point where the center line of said township road intersects with the center line of the former Highway No. 95, running thence Northwesterly on the center line of the Highway formerly known as State Trunk Highway 95 to the point of beginning.

THAT all pre-foreclosure requirements have been complied with; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law or otherwise to recover the debt secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof;
