NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
(July 23, 30, 2020)
The Chisago City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 6, 2020 to review and approval/denial a proposed Final Plat Subdivision for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) located at 10345 Wyoming Ave. former Lakeside Elementary School, (PIDs: #13.00078.00, 13.00079.00, 13.00080.00, and 13.00082.00). The proposed development is for single-family detached townhome residential development named Green Lake Villas.
The property is currently zoned Public/Semi-Public - Facility (PSP-F) and Low/Medium Density Residential (R-2) with a proposed request to rezone to Medium Density Residential (R-3) District. The proposed development will be reviewed as a PUD/Preliminary Plat under the City Zoning Ordinance 4.5.2 and Municipal Code Subdivision Ordinance Chapter 50. A copy of the site plan is available for review at city hall.
This public hearing will commence at 6:35 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter and will be held at the City Hall, 10625 Railroad Avenue, Chisago City, MN 55013. The public is welcome to provide input. To respond to Governor’s executive order to “Stay Safe”, meetings can be viewed on your local cable channel 20 or Facebook Live.
