AN ORDINANCE APPROVING REZONING OF PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS (PINs) 15.00794.24 AND 15.00794.27 FROM R-1 TO PUD R-3
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on September 17, 2020, Ordinance No. 20200917-01 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Lindstrom, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 20200917-01, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council rezones Property Identification Numbers (PINs) 15.00794.24 and 15.00794.27 from R-1 Single Family Residential to PUD R-3.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council creates a Planned Unit Development (PUD) District which establishes multi-family residential as a permitted use and establishes lot standards and requirements for the PUD District including maximum impervious surface limits, accessory structure locations, and minimum area for studio units.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City’s regular office hours or on the City’s website.
