Public Hearing for CUP

The Chisago City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 5, 2020 to consider and recommend the approve/denial of a Conditional Use Permit (C.U.P) for Green Lake Villas, LLC for the property located at 10345 Wyoming Ave. former Lakeside Elementary School, (PIDs: #13.00078.00, 13.00079.00, 13.00080.00, and 13.00082.00) a final plat of which, consisting of 35 lots and 3 Outlots has been approved by the City.
The purpose of the C.U.P., as required in Section 3.1 and Section 6.11.K(5) of the Chisago City zoning code, is to apply for an additional dock allowing up to 24 private boat slips. The property is currently zoned Medium Density Residential (R-3).
This public hearing will commence at 6:35 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter and will be held at the City Hall, 10625 Railroad Avenue, Chisago City, MN 55013. The public is welcome to provide input. To respond to Governor’s executive order to “Stay Safe”, meetings can be viewed on your local cable channel 20 or Facebook Live. All persons requesting to address the commission and be heard are hereby notified to send a written statement or call no later than November 4, 2020.
