NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with the Minnesota Open Meeting Law, the following Public Hearing Notice is provided for the Chisago County Planning Commission meeting to be held on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Planning Commission members will participate by telephone or other electronic means pursuant to MN Statute 13D. Public Hearing and Public Meeting attendance in-person has been deemed not practical or prudent and unfeasible due to the health pandemic and emergency declaration. Those wishing to submit public comment as part of the hearing are encouraged to submit written public comment by mail to Chisago County Government Center or email to Land Services Coordinator, Jessica Jagoe at jessica.jagoe@chisagocounty.us by 4 p.m. on December 3, 2020. Individuals wishing to observe the meeting or provide public hearing comment during the meeting may do so by telephone or electronic means. To attend the meeting via one of the formats available go to the Chisago County website under Planning Commission at www.chisagocounty.us/406/Planning-Commission to obtain access information to join or call 651-213-8379 for further instructions prior to 4 p.m. of meeting date. Chisago County Board of Commissioners will review applications on December 16, 2020. The Commission’s tour has been cancelled for Tuesday, December 1, 2020. PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA 7:00 P.M.
Public Hearing: Glenn and Krisa Carlson - Property is located on the west side of Oasis Road between 355th and 360th Streets, Chisago Lake Township; Sec. 4, T.34, R.20, (PID #02.00383.00). Glenn and Krisa Carlson are seeking approval of a preliminary plat of four lots, each lot approximately nine acres out of an 88.5 acre tract. Garrett Mueller - Property at 30615 Lofton Ave, located east of County Road 24, Chisago Lake Township; Sec. 31, T.34, R.20, (PID #02.00848.00). Garrett Mueller is seeking approval of a preliminary plat of four lots ranging from five to seven acre lots out of a 27 acre tract. Jason & Jaime Holmstrom - Property at 42370 Diamond Ave, located north of 420th Street, Fish Lake Township; Sec. 36, T.36, R.22, (PID #03.00564.00). Justin Buehring, on behalf of Property Owners, Jason and Jaime Holmstrom, is seeking approval of a preliminary plat of one – five acre lot out of a 41.7 acre tract.
Continued Business: Wedding Sisters, LLC - Property at 11720 256th Street, Chisago Lake Township; Sec. 29, T.33, R.20, (PID #02.00272.00). Teri Meads, of Wedding Sisters, LLC, is seeking an amendment to an existing Conditional Use Permit to adjust event hours of operation.
