AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 153 SUBDIVISION ADDING REGULATIONS
PERTAINING TO EXTRATERRITORIAL SUBDIVISION AUTHORITY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on November 19, 2020, Ordinance No. 20201119-01 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Lindstrom, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 20201119-01, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council establishes subdivision regulations, including lot size, lot width and subdivision review procedures, for land located within the City’s extraterritorial area.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City’s regular office hours or on the City’s website.
