A VARIANCE TO EXCEED THE DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING COMBINED TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE REQUIREMENT OF 1,200 SQUARE FEET IN THE RR RURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Center City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 7 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, regarding, for a variance request to exceed the detached accessory building combined total square footage requirement of 1,200 square feet to allow for the construction of a 3,200 square foot detached accessory building in the RR Rural Residential District. The property is located at 14855 Lake Boulevard, Center City, MN.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 300 North Center Avenue where all persons may reasonably be heard.
The property is legally described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 2. Annabelle Island.
A copy of the variance documents, in its entirety, are available at City Hall for review. Any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing (prior to or at the hearing) or orally at the time of the public hearing.
