NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Chisago City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 4, 2021 to review and approve/deny a proposed Final Plat for a Minor Subdivision located on 29248 Old Towne Rd. and includes PIDs: #13.00249.00, 13.00249.01, 13.00249.02, 13.00249.03, and 13.00249.04. The proposed Minor Subdivision is to create three lots. The property is currently zoned Low/Medium Density Residential (R-2). The proposed subdivision will be reviewed as a Minor Subdivision under the City’s Municipal Code Subdivision Ordinance Chapter 50. A copy of the site plan is available for review at city hall.
This public hearing will commence at 6:40 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter and will be held at the City Hall, 10625 Railroad Avenue, Chisago City, MN 55013. The public is welcome to provide input. To respond to Governor’s executive order to “Stay Safe”, meetings can be viewed on your local cable channel 20 or Facebook Live. All persons requesting to address the commission and be heard are hereby notified to send a written statement no later than February 3, 2021. You may send your comments to any of the following:
