ABSENT: None
REMOTE: Lori Berg, Brenda Carlson, Melissa Donovan, Danielle Strenke, Jerry Vitalis.
VISITORS: Jodi Davis, Jodi Otte, Jim Gillach, Dave Ertl, Michelle Kleist, Eric Simmons, Andy Willhelmy, Ralph Fairchild, Robyn Vosberg-Torgerson, Sarah Schmidt, Laura Cierzan, Jason Mahen, Ann Nelson, John Douglas, Torre Heiland
1. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. and began with the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Torre Heiland called in during the Open Forum to share her thoughts on the current Learning Model.
3. Superintendent Jennissen shared the Board and Community Update presentation addressing the Safe School Reopening process. ISD #2144 will maintain the Distance Learning Model until the end of term 2, January 22, 2020.
4. Motion by Vitalis, seconded by Strenke and upon roll call vote, those in favor of approving the Motion of Agreement (MOA) between ISD #2144 and the nurses; Berg, Carlson, Donovan, Leigh, Strenke and Vitalis with none opposed, motion carried.
5. Motion by Berg, seconded by Carlson and upon roll call vote, those in favor of adjourning the meeting at 7:07PM, Carlson, Berg, Donovan, Leigh, Strenke and Vitalis, motion carried.
