AN ORDINANCE APPROVING REZONING PID #s 02.00786.00; 15.00012.49; AND 15.00012.11 FROM R-1A and RR1 TO PUD R-1A
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on April 15, 2021, Ordinance No. 20210415-01 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Lindstrom, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 20210415-01, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council rezones PID # 102.00786.00 from RR1 Rural Residential 1 to PUD – R-1A.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council rezones PID #s 15.00012.49 and 15.00012.11 from R-1A Single Family Residential to PUD – R-1A.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council creates a PUD District which establishes detached townhomes as a permitted use and establishes lot standards and requirements for the PUD District including lot dimensions and setbacks.A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City’s regular office hours or on the City’s website.
