NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Variance for the property located at 10740 Stinson Avenue
(July 22, 29, 2021)
The Chisago City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 5, 2021 to review and recommend approval/denial to the Chisago City Council for a variance for the property located at 10740 Stinson Avenue. The property is zoned Central Business (CB). Central Business does permit uses that are allowed in the medium density residential district (R3). Single family homes are permitted in the R3 district. The side yard setback for a corner lot in the R3 District is thirty (30) feet. The applicant is seeking a variance for the corner lot setback of twenty (20) feet.
This public hearing will commence at 6:45 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter and will be held at the City Hall, 10625 Railroad Avenue, Chisago City, MN. The public is welcome to attend and provide input.
