NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Chisago County Board of Adjustment and Appeals will meet on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the County Board Room at the Chisago County Government Center, 313 N. Main Street, Center City, MN. The Board’s tour of the agenda items has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 8:15 a.m., departing from Chisago County Public Works at 31325 Oasis Road, Center City, MN. The meeting and tour are open to the public.
The following items will be included on the January 27, 2022 Board of Adjustment and Appeals agenda:
Public Hearings – New Applications:
Spencer Richards, applicant, is requesting a Variance to construct a garage 15’ from the road right-of-way where the minimum required setback is 40’; a Variance to construct an addition to the existing dwelling that will encroach into the required minimum 20’ setback to the septic system; and, a Variance to construct an addition to the existing dwelling 5’ from the southern property boundary where the minimum required side yard setback is 10’. The property is zoned Rural Residential I (RRI) District and located at 46340 Beach Road, Fish Lake Township, S10, T36, R22 (PID# 03.01183.00).
