CITY OF LINDSTROM, PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Proposed development of the 2nd Addition of Twin Oak Estates

Notice is hereby given that the City of Lindstrom Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 6:30 pm to seek comments regarding the proposed development of the 2nd Addition of Twin Oak Estates which is generally located at 12005 Stacy Trail and along Lyman Court. The requests to be considered include a preliminary plat and multiple variances including those for lot area, lot width, and side yard setback.
This meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Lindstrom City Hall, at 13292 Sylvan Ave. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting in-person or virtually. If attending virtually and wishing to comment orally, members of the public are encouraged to see the City’s website for meeting information or call 651-325-6071. Written comments may be emailed to beth@hkgi.com or may be sent via mail to Lindstrom City Hall (13292 Sylvan Ave, Lindstrom, MN 55045). Comments received prior to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26th will be included in the meeting packet materials, while those received after will be shared at the meeting. Both oral and written testimony from the public will be considered at the time of the hearing. Copies of the application materials are available for viewing online or at City Hall.
