AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 153 OF THE CITY CODE §153.192 INFORMATION

The City Council of the City of Stacy ordains that Chapter 153, Section 153.192 is amended by adding the underlined language and deleting the strikethrough language as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 153, §153.192
The information required for all site plan applications generally consists of the following items, and shall be submitted unless waived by the Zoning Administrator. Applications shall be accompanied by two standard plat sizes measuring 20x30 and two 11x17 copies, mylar (in case of final plat), and digital file.
All other provisions of this section remain unchanged.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication.
ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 2022, by the City Council of Stacy, Minnesota.
