Notice is hereby given that the City of Lindstrom Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. to seek comments regarding a requested amendment to a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the Lindstrom Apartments Shoreland Planned Unit Development. This CUP was originally approved by Resolution 20180925-01.
The requested amendment pertains to proposed modifications to the planned exterior of the structure, including but not limited to changing the roof design from pitched to flat and modifying the exterior elevation.
This meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Lindstrom City Hall, at 13292 Sylvan Ave. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting in-person or virtually. If attending virtually and wishing to comment orally, members of the public are encouraged to see the City’s website for meeting information or call 651-325-6071. Written comments may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or may be sent via mail to Lindstrom City Hall (13292 Sylvan Ave, Lindstrom, MN 55045). Comments received prior to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29th will be included in the meeting packet materials, while those received after will be shared at the meeting. Both oral and written testimony from the public will be considered at the time of the hearing. Copies of the application materials are available for viewing online or at City Hall.
