AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING LAND LOCATED IN CHISAGO LAKE TOWNSHIP, CHISAGO COUNTY, MINNESOTA PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES § 414.033, SUBDIVISION 2(3), PERMITTING ANNEXATION BY ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on May 19, 2022, Ordinance No. 20220519-01 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Lindstrom, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 20220519-01, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication:
Ordinance No. 20220519-01 annexes the following properties, identified by County parcel identification number 02.00084.15 into the City.
A printed copy of the entire Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City Clerk’s regular office hours.
