Both Lakes Area officers and the sheriff’s office handled lots of vehicle crashes and minor injury incidents due to trying to drive in the bad weather last week ...one hit and run involved damage March 11 to the Joint Sewage Treatment Commission gate and sign on Lofton north of Chisago City.
A crash on Wild Mountain Road, Taylors Falls, March 12 resulted in transporting one for medical care. Two cars headed in opposite directions collided when one spun out in slush.
