Tammy A. Vainovskis, age 58 of Lindstrom went to heaven on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at her home.
Tammy was born on December 9, 1962 in St. Paul to parents, Thomas and Betty (Miller) Johnson. She grew up in Roseville and moved to a farm in the countryside of Lindstrom where she spent most of her days with her husband James, raising their three children, Melissa, Jimmy, and Sean. They hosted countless gatherings there with family and friends that will be remembered forever. Tammy loved the Lord Jesus, her children, grandchildren, family and friends dearly. She was kind to everyone she met and will be greatly missed. She enjoyed going fishing, watching Tom Brady play for the New England Patriots, watching horse-racing, listening to her favorite music and boating on South Center Lake with her family.
Tammy is survived by her children, Melisa (Chris) Monson and their children, Ava and Everett; James Vainovskis, and Sean (Liz) Vainovskis and their son, Mason; her sister Katherine (John) Hayes; her brothers Thomas (Rita) Johnson; Terry (Cynthia) Johnson and Todd (Judy) Johnson as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Betty.
In lieu of flowers memorial maybe directed to the family. A visitation will take place from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom. Arrangements are by Grandstrand Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Lindstrom. www.
