Don Gralish, beloved husband of Del for 67 years, passed away at the age of 89 in Layton, Utah.
He also leaves behind five children: Tom (Michele), Mary (CJ), Peggy, Mike (Cheryl) and Pat (Amy); seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren and a brother, John (Charlene).
Don retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving for 26 years. During his Air Force career, he and Del traveled overseas and around the states. He served three overseas assignments and had seven stateside assignments. When he retired, they chose to return to their home state of Minnesota where they lived for 32 years. While in Minnesota he was an active member of St. Bridget of Sweden Catholic Church in Lindstom. They relocated to Utah seven years ago and joined Christ Prince of Peace Chapel at Hill AFB.
A Memorial Mass for Don was celebrated at Christ Prince of Peace on the 25th of July.
A Visitation will take place at St. Bridget of Sweden Catholic Church in Lindstom on Monday, September 12, at 9 AM. Interment with Military Honors will follow at 11:45 AM at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
