Michael Dale Johns, age 74, of Lindstrom, passed away peacefully in his home on March 31, 2016.  He proudly served in the U.S. Navy 1960-1966.  

Preceded in death by his parents; sons, Nicholas and Robert; brother, Tom.  He is survived by his children, Wendy (Josh) Thomas, Steven, Holly (John) Starkey; grandchildren, Jacob, Jesse, and Kyla Thomas, Matthew, Karley, and Cole Starkey; one great grandson on the way; sister, Barbara Krotzer; brothers, Richard, Gary (Judy), Dennis (Lola); many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Service 3 p.m., Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.  Visitation 2-3 p.m.  Interment 10 a.m., Friday, April 8, 2016 at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
