NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Supervisors of Nessel Township will conduct a public hearing to consider the establishment of a subordinate service district under Minnesota Statute Chapter 365A to provide for the bituminous paving and improvement of that portion of Anchor Avenue located within Nessel Township for all of the benefited residents within the proposed district.      
      
To try to slow the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, Governor Walz issued Emergency Executive Order 20-20, Directing Minnesotans to Stay at Home. Due to this order, this public hearing shall be conducted entirely through teleconferencing or other electronic means. Please see below for how to access the toll-free Skype meeting if you wish to listen to and/or participate in this meeting.

CHANGE of DATE for the public hearing, which can be heard via Skype only, will be held on April 28, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed subordinate service district will be heard at this meeting.
