CHISAGO CITY PLANNING COMMISSION - Public Hearing for IUP
The Chisago City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 5th, 2023 to review and recommend the approve/denial of an Conditional Use Permit (C.U.P) for the property located at 10317 Liberty Lane. The purpose of the CUP, as required in Section 3.1 of the Chisago City Zoning Code, is for the operation of a dealership and manufacturing business on the property. The property is zoned Central Business District (CBD).
This public hearing will commence at 6:40 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter and will be held at the City Hall, 10625 Railroad Avenue, Chisago City, MN 55013. The public is welcome to provide input. All persons requesting to address the commission and be heard are hereby notified participate in person at the public hearing or to send a written statement no later than January 4th, 2023.
