CHISAGO CITY - Public Hearing for Variance
The Chisago City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 5, 2022 to review and recommend the approve/denial of a Variance for the property located at 28150 Lacy Ave.
The purpose of the Variance, as required in Section 3.4 of the Chisago City zoning code, is to allow the encroachment of the driveway into the 5-foot side yard setback. The property is currently zoned Low/Medium Density Residential.
This public hearing will commence at 6:40 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter and will be held at the City Hall. The public is welcome to attend and provide input.
