BID SOLICITATION for the MOODY LAKE CAPSTONE PROJECT

The Comfort Lake-Forest Lake Watershed District is soliciting bids for the Moody Lake Capstone project in Chisago Lakes Township, MN. The project will consist of wetland excavation, rain garden construction, traffic control, erosion and sediment control, site restoration and plantings.
Contractors are highly encouraged to attend a NON-MANDATORY pre-bid meeting at Moody Round Barn Park at 2 p.m. on 9/27/23. Please notify the CLFLWD before visiting the South Moody Wetland excavation area as it is on private land.

Bids will be received ONLY through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid™online bid service until 2:00 p.m., October 3, 2023, after which such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via video conference.
