NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Chisago City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 5, 2023, to review and recommend approval/denial a proposed ordinance amendment to Chapter 6. Community Design focusing on Section 11 Supplemental Regulations J. Keeping of Farm Animals. The proposed amendment will consider factors regulating lot size requirements for the number of bee hives permitted.

A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review at city hall. This public hearing will commence at 6:35 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter and will be held at the City Hall, 10625 Railroad Avenue, Chisago City, MN 55013.
