NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Chisago City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 5, 2023, to review and recommend approval/denial of a proposed variance application for 28820 Green Lake Ave. (PID: #13.00422.00). The variance application is requesting variances pertaining to the allowable impervious surface area of the property and the side yard setback required for an accessory structure for the property.

A copy of the site plan is available for review at city hall. This public hearing will commence at 6:35 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter and will be held at the City Hall, 10625 Railroad Avenue, Chisago City, MN 55013.
