Lent Township Public Hearing Notice for a Preliminary Plat

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, 7:00 p.m. via Zoom and at the Lent Town Hall at 33155 Hemingway Avenue, Stacy, MN 55079, the Lent Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit public response to a request for a preliminary plat application at 35091 Grand Ave., Stacy, MN 55079 - PID: 05.00036.00.

The applicant is requesting to split ten acres off the 30-acre property, into two equal parcels (5 acres each). The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the proposed preliminary plat request to the Town Board for their meeting to be held on October 17, 2023, 7:00 p.m. via Zoom and at the Lent Town Hall.

Application materials are available for public viewing at the Hall. Zoom meeting links for your computer or device are posted on lenttownship.com.

Those persons having an interest in said meetings are encouraged to attend.
