Allowing a Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and Variance Application at 34XXX Kable Ave., North Branch, MN 55056 PID# 05.00157.00

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. the Stacy Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit public response to a request allowing a Preliminary, Final Plat and Variance application at 34XXX Kable Ave, North Branch, PID# 05.00157.00, Stacy, Minnesota.

The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the proposed request for the plat and variance to the City Council for their meeting to be held on October 8, 2024, 7:00 p.m. at the Lent Town Hall. Those persons having an interest in said meetings are encouraged to attend.

Application materials are available for public viewing by any person during the City Clerk’s regular office hours.
