Jay Janke won the closest to the pin contest on Sunday at Falcon Ridge Golf Course. The contest was a grand opening for hole #6.

Janke used his 8 iron to hit the ball within 3 feet of the hole. The hole was playing 156 yards.

Janke has a great story to his winning, his shot was so good that the ball landed only an inch from the cup on the fly. 300 golfers tried their best at the contest on Sunday with several golfers coming within inches of the hole.

Falcon Ridge also would like to thank the many golfers who donated $5 at hole #6 and at the hot dog cookout. Proceeds went towards helping out Chisago County Deputy, Ron Butchers family. The donation totaled $500 with another matching $500 from Falcon Ridge.
