January 23 a suspected incident of carbon monoxide inside of a residence was called in for an address on Ivywood Trail, about 10:20 a.m. A person was transported in a personal car. Chisago City Fire responded and Xcel but there was no injury or property damage.

December 29. There was a report of a non responsive person in Paradise Park, found about 2:43 p.m. Lakes Area officers located a state I.D. card to tentatively identify the person and the Midwest Medical Examiner office took over the investigation into cause of death.
Rush City man facing trial on pornography possession
There was a hearing held December 16 and another has been scheduled for February 17, in Center City district court, both related to charges arising from an investigation by the State Bureau of Criminal Apprehension into a Rush City man.
