Manfred C. Nelson, age 92, of Lindstrom and of Minneapolis, died Aug. 21, 2004.

He was born in North Branch April 24, 1912, to parents Clarence and Jennie (Lofgren) Nelson.

Manfred is preceded in death by brothers Wilbur and Paul Nelson.

He is survived by wife of 64 years, Ruby (Larsen); sons: John (Barbara) and Frank (Waunita); six grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; brothers James (Kathryn) and Donald Nelson; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004, at Grandstrand Funeral Home, in Lindstrom. Interment at Hillside Cemetery in Center City.
