Philip R. Chock died April 23, 2006, at his residence in Shafer, at the age of 70 years.

He was born September 28, 1935, in Minneapolis, to parents, Philip and Agnes Chock.

Philip married Gloria Ramsey August 17, 1956, and was employed by the Chisago County Courthouse in the maintenance Department.

He is preceded in death by parents, three sisters and two brothers.

Philip is survived by wife, Gloria; children: Terry (Mike) Meyers, Bob (Joan), Ray (Diane), Ron (Gina), Linda (Al) Swanson, Natalie (Mike) Langermann and Randy (Ona); 21 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral service 10:30 a.m., Friday, April 28, 2006, at Chisago Lakes Baptist Church, in Chisago City. Visitation one hour before service at church. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Arrangements by the Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom
