Amber Nicole Carlson was born Sept. 22, 1986, in Landstuhl, Germany, to Steve and Julie Carlson. She died suddenly July 16, 2006, at the age of 19, in Laramie, Wyoming, where she was a nursing student at the University of Wyoming.

She is preceded in death by grandfather, J. Roy Carlson.

She is survived by her parents, sister, Jena; brother, Nathan, of Denver, Colorado; grandparents: James and Laurie Hastings, Lindstrom, Minn.; aunt, Wendi Churchill, Blaine, Minn.; uncles: Peter Carlson, Lindstrom, Minn.; Tim Carlson (Cynthia) Chisago City, Minn.; Dan Carlson (Kathy), Denver, Colorado; great-aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.

A celebration of her life was at Calvary Chapel, Littleton, Colorado, on July 21, 2006. She was much loved and will be greatly missed.
