Frank L. Hipkins Sr., age 70, of Little Canada, died January 4, 2006 with his children by his side.

He was born April 12, 1935 in St. Paul to parents Lloyd and Elsie Hipkins. He married Helen Benson on February 14, 1967. He served time in the Navy and as a truck driver/trainer with Teamsters Local 120.

He is preceded in death by wife Helen; son Scott Allen and parents Lloyd and Elsie Hipkins.

Frank is survived by children Jeannie (Hipkins) Freier, Frank Jr. (Debra), Cindy Bronson, Barb Hipkins, Cheryl (Tom) Meyer, and Steve Hipkins. 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian burial was Monday, January 9 at St. Bridget of Sweden Catholic Church in Lindstrom. Interment at Hillside Cemetery in Center City.

He will be deeply missed by many family, friends and relatives.
