Jake Kuehl, a 2006 graduate of Chisago Lakes High School, has signed a National Letter of Intent to play baseball for Des Moines Area Community College in Boone, Iowa. Former Minnesota Twin third baseman Corey Koskie is one of 68 DMACC players who were drafted or have signed with professional teams.

Kuehl was recruited by DMACC at a 2005 Kansas City Royals tryout camp. He is the son of Dean and Ladonna Kuehl of Lindstrom.
