The team finished its conference dual-meet season with a 4-5 record. “Nothing much to say,” added Hawkinson. “We lost our last four meets. Our scoring average on the road was almost five strokes lower, although we were 3-2 at home. I think that it will take a couple of years for the kids to get comfortable with the new front-side here at CL.”
The North Suburban Conference Championships were sceduled for today, May 18, at Pebble Creek in Becker. Sectionals will start Tuesday, May 23 at Eagle Ridge in Coleraine.
