Josh Angimson, a 2005 graduate of Chisago Lakes High School, has earned a spot on the University of Wisconsin, Stout golf team.

According to UW Stout coach Terry Watkins, Angrimson was one of nearly 60 candidates who tried out for the team. Angrimson and nine other golfers made the team following a 54-hole, two day tryout held August 31 and September 1 at the Chippewa Valley Golf Club in Menomonie, Wisconsin.

Angrimson, who works in the pro shop at the Chisago Lakes Golf Course summers, is the son of Duwayne and Louise Angrimson of Lindstrom.
