Chisago Lakes PTO held the Secret Santa Workshop at the Primary School Saturday, December 1. Many children were excited to come and shop secretly for their mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, family, and friends. Santa's Elves were all over the Primary School gym helping out the young shoppers. Yes, there was also a special appearance of Santa and Mrs. Claus with sounds of sleigh bells filling the air. Santa listened to all sorts of special requests and smiled for photos with many of children.

Chisago Lakes PTO had inexpensive lunches for the family to enjoy on their Christmas shopping outing. A fourth grade student from Lakeside was very lucky and thrilled to win a giant four-foot stocking filled with Christmas gifts as a raffle prize.

This Secret Santa Workshop event was great fun for the community and Chisago Lakes PTO would like to thank parents Kim White and Carmen Woeltge, who worked so hard to chair this event and make it happen. Also CLPTO thanks all of the volunteers that made this holiday experience all possible for the children including: Volunteer Parents, Middle School Student Council Santa Elves, Primary School Custodians Jim and Mike, Coreen Agree and Bob Meyer from Community Ed., and Kathy Burrill from Chisago Lakes Food Services. You're willingness to jump in and help out made this years Secret Santa Workshop a special time.
