Lakeside School staff and students raised $400 on "Caps for a Cure" day May 24. Students and staff who donated $1 to the American Cancer Society received a sticker that said they "dressed for a cause" in support of the Chisago County Relay For Life and were allowed to wear hats during school. A Relay For Life team of Lakeside teachers sponsored the event. Above, Mrs. Oien was assisted with her bridal veil by Carissa Riemers, Cianna Schott and Margaret Ellerbusch.
