Boys
The Wildcat boys played very well in the Bunker Hills event, placing second in on the east course with a score of 157 compared to Benilde-St. Margaret's 154. On the west course, CL's 154 put it in first place, one stroke less than Totino-Grace.
On the day, the Wildcats earned 19 points of 20 possible. Those points, combined with the four they collected in the first half of the conference dual-meet season, put CL in first place in the NSC.
Midway through the conference season, the Wildcats hold on to the lead with 23 points (of a possible 24). Benilde is second with 21, Totino third with 20 and Spring Lake Park fourth at 17.
North Branch at Chisago Lakes
Thursday, May 3 the Wildcats, led by sub-par rounds by Luke Angrimson and Aron Duren, defeated North Branch 143-166 at Chisago Lakes.
Angrimson and Duren each carded 34's in the win. An eagle three was the only thing that interrupted a string of pars on Angrimson's scorecard and Duren recorded four birdies and two bogies along with three pars.

Girls
The Wildcat girls recorded scores of 204 (west course) and 201 (east course) at Bunker Hills. The CL totals netted the team 10 conference points for the day out of a possible 18.
Irondale won the event with scores of 184 and 181. Benilde was next with 190 and 181. Spring Lake Park was third with scores of 193 and 183. St. Francis' 197-204 put them one place ahead of the Wildcats.
NB at Chisago Lakes
The Wildcats avenged an April 25 199-203 loss to the Vikings at North Branch by beating NB Thursday, May 3, 202-206 at Chisago Lakes.
Megan Corradi led a well balanced Wildcat attack with a 47. Krista Liebsch was right behind with a solid 49.
