"We had a good round again at Victory Links. The meet was very close. This was one we really wanted and felt we had a chance. Irondale has been tough.
"This gives us motivation for the 18 hole conference meet on Thursday (May 17). We have been shooting low enough help us move up in the conference. We need to pull it together and play well when all the conference teams are together to make a difference," Hawkinson said.
